Shipping policy

We want to make your online shopping experience with us a straightforward, easy process, this is why we offer flat rate express shipping on all orders using NZ Post Couriers. Delivery takes generally 2 to 3 working days from dispatch, depending on your location. Please note deliveries to Rural Addresses can take an additional 2 to 4 business days.

Shipping to Australia is $21.80 for tracked delivery for a normal size package, eg 1-2 dog coats, if your order is small, please email me at sales@tayloredtails.nz

Orders are shipped on normal business days (Monday to Friday).

We are unable to offer a Saturday delivery service nor delivery to Post Office Boxes.
